Cancellation Fees
If a pre-arranged vehicle inspection is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment is due a cancellation fee of £54.00 will be incurred by the client. Any cancellations before this time will be charged at £30 to the client.

Thank you for considering DA Autocheck Independent Vehicle Inspection Services. Please review the following terms carefully before booking our pre-purchase inspection.
1. Nature & Scope of Our Inspection
Our inspection is a professional visual and operational assessment conducted at a single point in time. We examine a comprehensive range of vehicle components and systems to industry standards, but we do not dismantle the vehicle or perform invasive testing. Some latent, intermittent, or concealed defects may not be detectable.
2. Client’s Responsibility
You must disclose any known concerns, modifications, or prior damage about the vehicle. We rely on the information provided and access granted at the time of inspection.
3. Seeking Further Advice
For specific or specialist concerns (e.g., in-depth electrical diagnostics, classic car appraisal), we recommend seeking a second opinion from an appropriate expert. Our report is not a substitute for specialist evaluation where required.
4. No Guarantee of Future Condition
Our report reflects the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection only. We do not provide any guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the vehicle’s future performance, reliability, or residual value.
5. Limitation of Liability
DA Autocheck Independent Vehicle Inspection Services’ liability is limited to the cost of the inspection fee. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, damages, or repair costs incurred after the inspection.
6. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
- Payment is due in full prior to completion of the inspection.
- To cancel without charge, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
- Once the inspection has been carried out, no refund will be issued.
